What to Bring for Fingerprinting

  • 1. A Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (One Required):


    We accept the following forms of identification:


    • State-issued Driver’s License or State ID

    • U.S. Passport or Passport Card

    • Military ID

    • Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

    • Foreign Passport with valid U.S. visa

    • Tribal Identification Card



    Note:

    The ID must be unexpired and contain your photo, full legal name, and date of birth.



    2. Any Required Paperwork or Fingerprint Cards:


    • If your requesting agency or employer provided fingerprint cards (e.g., FD-258), please bring them with you.

    • If you do not have fingerprint cards, we provide standard FD-258 cards at no additional cost.


    3. Payment Method:


    We accept:


    • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

    • Apple Pay, Google Pay

    • Cash

    • Money Orders

    • Checks (bounced checks will result in a $35 added fee)



    Discounts may apply to some services when paid in cash or checks.

    4. Additional Instructions:


    • Please arrive with clean, dry hands (avoid lotion or oils before your appointment). Hydration also helps a lot.
